Michael Lewis brought Billy Beane, Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky in to my scope of vision in the last 10 years, now I would like to figure out what to do with this information. If we can quantify what we do into a scale of numerical values, then we can attach those values to our personal assessment of the value of the creative export and see how it relates to the stated goal, and then we can do better next time, right? Or am I crazy?
What we make is tough to quantify. Financial, capitalist assessments are easy to make and lazy. What if we made a different kind of scale? An askew metric where the ratio between the output and the input measured other tangible and intangible data and then spit it back out at us as we were creating?!? And what if we could share that data with out collaborators and teammates?
At CollabRjabbR we are trying to ask these questions and see if any of the answers resonate. Wanna Play?
